Phidget RC Servo.lvlib:RCServoGetIsMoving.vi

RCServoIsMoving returns true if the RC servo motor is currently in motion.

The controller cannot know if the RC servo motor is physically moving. When RCServoIsMoving is false, it simply means there are no commands in the pipeline to the RC servo motor.
